Am I eligible to apply for CAT or other courses after clearing backlogs in my graduation?

Guys plz help me with this....m i eligible for CAT or other courses??
I got 65% in school and 65% in intermediate....i lost my concentration and failed 3 times in my exam.....
1 subject in 1st and 1 in 2nd and 1 in 3rd year.....so i just left with 1 subject in final year....if i pass then can i apply for CAT??
